Well began with a very simple idea: to create a place that enhances people's lives. We innovated, becoming the first real estate development in Uruguay to incorporate the wellness concept in all its stages.

The project integrates with the landscape, leveraging its natural beauty to create the ideal setting for outdoor activities and moments of relaxation. The central location facing the lake, along with the blending of the buildings and a carefully curated color palette, highlights the design’s openness to the surroundings.

With large windows and cantilevered terraces, the units connect the interior with the exterior, inviting contemplation and active enjoyment. Designed by Ponce de León Arquitectos, WELL consists of three buildings that respect the terrain’s geometry and surroundings, with terraces in various directions and dimensions that stand out for their innovative design.

An investment in true well-being; a integration into the geography of the location.
