WELL emerges with the mission of improving people's quality of life. The place where we live defines our daily lives and shapes us. A place that allows us to stay active, cultivate healthy habits, and enjoy a pleasant and safe environment makes us happy and sets us on the path to a healthier life.
WELL 2 offers 35 units with one, two, and three bedrooms. A double-height lobby designed by Hassen Balut features designer furniture. Additionally, the spacious elevators and high-quality finishes ensure comfort from the very beginning, providing a balanced lifestyle surrounded by natural beauty.
Each building includes cantilevered terraces of varying sizes and orientations, enabling a seamless connection with nature. The color palette and materials were carefully chosen to complement the landscape. The units, ranging from one to three bedrooms, feature large windows offering panoramic views of the lake and its surroundings, inviting contemplation and active enjoyment.

WELL stands out by integrating the wellness concept at every stage of the project, with a design open to the environment that promotes well-being and outdoor living.
