The geometry of the buildings takes into account the particular shape of the terrain, the lake and the morphology of the surrounding neighborhood, respecting the horizontal lines that predominate in the area. The terraces overhanging in different directions and of different dimensions, using a carefully studied range of colors and materials, form dramatic points of interest. The three buildings that make up the project have gardens and terraces that seek the best views and orientations.

The units, which range from one to three bedrooms, have large floor-to-ceiling glazed openings, revealing panoramic views of the lake, gardens, pool and forest. Building 1, which houses 48 residences, will be constructed in an initial phase. The spacious, double-height entrance lobby will be equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings. From these spaces there is access to the spacious elevators, with fine floor, wall and ceiling coverings.
